with L-sits, minimum of 20 seconds in between
Conditioning
5 interval sprints AMRAP – 90 seconds work – 45 seconds rest
4 toes-to-bars
4 power cleans 40kg/25kg
4 front squats
4 kettlebell snatches 24kg/16kg
Complete as many rounds as possible 90 seconds. When interval time is up, stop where you performed last exercise. Pick up round from where you stopped. Count how many rounds you completed.
