Cash In: 3 wall balls 9kg/7kg then:
Countdown* 9 – 6 – 3
Deadlifts 60kg/45kg
Hang clean and jerk 60kg/45kg
Jack knives x 2
Hand-release burpees to bar

* Stop every 90 Seconds to complete 3 wall balls 9kg/7kg

All movements must be performed with appropriate technique or the UMPIRE will call it a FAULT!
