with ring L-hold, minimum 20 seconds in between
Add accumulated time up

Conditioning

20 double-unders
10 deadlifts
5 sit-ups
10 cleans
5 hand-release push-ups
10 front squats
5 sit-ups
10 shoulder-to-overhead (Strict press, push press, push jerk or split jerk)
5 hand-release push-ups
10 snatches
5 sit-ups
10 overhead squats
5 hand-release push-ups
10 knees-to-elbows
20 double-unders
