One athlete rows while partner holds a 50kg/35kg front rack

Then

50 toes-to-bars
40 kettlebell swings 24kg/16kg
30 sit-ups
20 partner hand-tap push-ups
10 burpees to kettlebell (together)

Then high five and chest pump!
