150 double-unders
120 hollow rocks
90 kettlebell snatches 24kg/16kg
60 hand-stand push-ups
Once finished (if finished) perform 10 Three Amigos ANDALE Squats!
Person 1 performs as many reps as they can of the movement, Person 2 Holds a Plank, Person 3 holds a 20kg/10kg plate overhead. If person 2 or 3 break their hold person 1 must stop doing reps until hold is regained. Enjoy!
