Conditioning

Partner WOD for time
30 over-head plate lunges 20Kg/15Kg each
while partner holds a 100Kg/80Kg deadlift
30 push-ups each
while partner hangs from bar
30 knees-to-elbows each
while partner holds a wall handstand

Moving athletes can only work while his or her partner holds the indicated position. If said partner releases any hold, the athlete stops the movement. Swap over after each one completes the prescribed rep amount.
