Our small group training classes follow an established, cycle-focused program that delivers consistent and measurable results over time. All workouts are different from one day to the next, to avoid plateaus and keep things fun!

Want to get better at some specific movements outside of group classes? Prefer to have the coach’s attention just for yourself during a session? Want to train just with a few close friends at a certain time? We offer PT sessions! Speak to your coach to arrange the time and session pack that best suits you.

Membership policies and terms

Payments

All membership fees are billed fortnightly. Fees are paid in advance through Ezidebit Direct Debit. Direct debit account creation has a fee of $2.20. All membership fees incur in a direct debit fee of $1.20. A fee of $14.80 is charged if payment is dishonoured on the direct debit date. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. At the finish of contract all memberships will automatically roll over to month to month deductions (rate subject to change) unless renewed, contracted or cancelled otherwise. If you wish to cancel your membership after the end of a fixed-term contract, standard cancellation policies apply.

Suspensions

Please write an email to our admin account with the start and end dates you want your membership to be put on hold in between. Please keep in mind an account pause must be requested at least 1 week in advance, for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 13 weeks. Maximum hold time per calendar year is 13 weeks. Any other breaks in contract i.e. cancellations may be subjected to new/current pricing. Special circumstances pause may be made at management discretion. No sessions are held on public holidays or in between the 25th of December and the 2nd of January, unless otherwise announced.

Cancellations

Any cancellation needs to be notified by the client on an email sent to our admin account with 30 days of notice before the last day of training. Any hold period will be terminated at the date of the cancellation request. Any outstanding fees within the 30-day notice period will be charged in full, plus, in the case of fixed-term contracts, twenty-five percent (25%) of the remaining agreed, non-paid monthly fees.
